This award-winning 1895 Historic Registry landmark mansion features three spacious guest suites decorated to delight our guests. The antique-filled rooms have large, comfortable beds with hand-made quilts and fluffy down comforters to snuggle in. All of the bedrooms have original mantles and gas fireplaces. Delicious home cooked breakfasts are served in the spectacular dining room.

Three Oaks has repeatedly been presented with the Looking Good Award by the Marshall Pride Committee, in appreciation of breathtaking beauty and restoration of both the house and grounds. Three Oaks has also been honored by the Historical Committee of the City of Marshall, in recognition of our exterior paint and beautification of one of Marshall's landmark homes.

The wide veranda welcomes our guests with an old time porch swing and comfy rockers. You can sip iced tea, watch the trains at the restored Texas & Pacific Depot, visit the museum in the near-by Ginocchio Hotel, or just marvel at the panorama of Nature at her finest in wonderful East Texas.

Every suite has its own private bath. All guest rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, prices range from $80 to $100/night.

Our parlors are filled with antique treasures and historic artwork, a voyage back to the gracious elegant past. The house offers all modern amenities, such as central heat and air conditioning, free wireless  Internet access, and cable TV. We also offer services for people coming to Marshall for professional reasons, like trials, depositions, presentations and other business activities.

Come and spend some time in a true Texas Treasure!
